Petrol Filling Station: Stadhampton, Near Oxford, refurbishment
This project was a refurbishment completed in December 2019, following a serious fire at the premises.
In 14 weeks we completed all of the following:
Removal of all the external skins of masonry
Rebuild of a new traditional roof with slate roof coverings.
New shop front and shutter.
Fuel system works.
Replacement of offset fills to below ground and suction lines to be double sealed.
Full shop fit out with new M&S Branding.

Petrol Filling Station – Binley Wood, Coventry – demolition and new build
In 14 weeks we demolished a pre-existing building and built a new petrol station, with a Londis retail outlet incorporating Starbucks and Greggs. The project also included associated external works.
